Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice

If the pork belly is fatter, you need to stir out the lard. If you don’t want to be too oily, pour out the excess oil and stir until the meat is slightly burnt.

It’s not easy to buy red onions from Taiwan in the mainland, you can use purple onions instead

If you feel that the minced stewed pork is not enough to eat, you can boil a piece of pork belly in water, and then cut it into 1 cm thick pieces

Tips:
