Taiwanese Salted Chicken

Cut the chicken thigh with a knife into chunks about the size of your thumb

Tips:
Be sure to re-fry twice. In the first time, take out the chicken nuggets. The food itself has the function of heating and self-cooking. Leave it for a while to let the chicken nuggets cook more thoroughly. In the second time, heat the oil and fry it again. Let the chicken nuggets crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
Finally, sprinkle with salt and pepper and chili powder, mix well and eat.
