Taji Pot Ribs Braised Rice

Chop ribs and wash them.

Put all the spices in a bowl.
3.
Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
4.
The rice is washed and soaked for 20 minutes.
5.
Peel the cucumber, wash and slice it.
6.
Put the rice in the Taji pot and add water to the rice 5mm.
7.
Place the marinated ribs on top of the rice.
8.
Close the lid.
9.
Put it in the microwave and select the cooking position for 15 minutes.
10.
Take out the sauce topped with the marinated ribs in the last two minutes.
11.
Load the cucumber slices when the time is up.
12.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Tips:
If there is no cooking stall, you can directly use high heat for 13-15 minutes.
