Tanabata's Pink Shandong Hot Noodle Steamed Buns

Make stuffing. Cut the cabbage and onion into small cubes as much as possible, use two tablespoons of salt to remove the water, squeeze all the water and set aside. Of course, many vegetables can be used, white radish, cabbage and mustard greens can be used. I just use what I have at home. The use of cabbage is more like a typical Shandong-style steamed buns.

Cut the fungus into small pieces, but don’t need to be too small. All the stuffing in Shandong steamed buns is just cubes.

2. If you can put some shiitake mushrooms, the vegetarian buns will be more delicious. I only use the ingredients available at home.
