Taro Cake

Shred the taro, ham, and smoked duck, and diced green onions

Hot wok, add a small amount of salad oil, stir-fry shredded ham and shredded smoked duck

Stir fry the taro shreds thoroughly

Put the taro shreds and other ingredients to cool, add seasonings and chopped green onion, rice flour, add appropriate water, a little salt and pepper to make a paste

Stir the rice flour paste into the taro silk material

Take a steaming dish, apply some salad oil, and pour all the mixed ingredients

Put it in a steamer and steam on high heat for 20 minutes
