Taro Rolls

Taro, peeled and shredded

Add salt, five-spice powder, sweet potato powder, and slightly crushed peanuts, and mix well

Cut the purchased tofu clothes into quarters, take a quarter, put the taro shreds on the side, make long strips, and roll them up

Put it in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes

Let the steamed taro rolls cool and cut into slices about one centimeter later. Place them in a frying pan and fry them until golden on both sides.

Tips:
The taro is rolled into the pot and steamed. If you don’t have tofu, you can directly steam the taro shreds. You can eat it directly or slice it and fry it. You can use either cooked or raw peanuts, depending on your preference.
