Taro with Curry Sauce

The taro is peeled off and cut into strips.

Put it in a pressure cooker and steam it with rice.

Cut garlic into garlic, scallion and chopped green onion, and a piece of curry

Heat oil in a pot and slowly sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Put the curry in the pot.

Slowly fry the curry cubes on low heat until melted.

Add appropriate amount of water and cook for a while.

The steamed taro is brought out in the pot and sprinkled with chopped green onion.

Pour the curry paste evenly on top of the taro.
Tips:
The curry already has a taste, so there is no need to put salt in it.
When eating, mix the curry sauce with the taro.
