Tea Eggs

Wash the eggs, put them on the egg cooker and cook them.

Soak the boiled eggs in cold water for a while to cool down.

Break the cooked eggs one by one.

Take a tea bag, add black tea leaves, cinnamon, aniseed, and seal the mouth.

Put the cracked eggs and tea bags into a boiling pot, add water to 1-2 cm below the egg, add salt and dark soy sauce, and turn on the heat.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and continue to cook for 30 minutes. Turn the eggs several times in the middle to make the eggs evenly colored and flavored.

The boiled eggs continue to be soaked in the pot for several hours to make them more delicious. (I usually let it soak overnight)
