Tea-flavored Chestnut Chicken

Peel the chestnuts, wash them, and let the master peel them when you buy them.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and wash.

Boil water in a pot.

Wash the chili and cut into small pieces. Prepare the green onion and ginger.

Add chicken oil in a hot pan and stir fry.

Add some soy sauce to color.

Add green onion, ginger, star anise and stir fry.

Add the chestnuts and stir fry the potatoes.

Add the braised sauce and stir fry.

Add tea.

Simmer over medium heat.

When the soup is thick, add the chili, salt, and mix well.
Tips:
When adding chicken to stir-fry, stir-fry for a while. I use green tea for the tea. You can use Tieguanyin to make the tea. The tea is fragrant.
