Tea Fragrant Chicken
1.
Wash the whole chicken, chop off the chicken feet and chicken butt
2.
Melt salt, sugar (honey can also be used), chicken bouillon with light soy sauce in a small bowl to make a sauce, shred ginger
3.
Spread the adjusted sauce evenly on the inside and outside of the chicken. Apply the sauce evenly, fill the chicken with ginger, and marinate for about 15-20 minutes
4.
While marinating the chicken, soak the tea leaves with boiling water
5.
After the chicken is marinated, pick out half of the tea leaves and put them into the chicken belly, and put the other half of the tea and tea together with the whole chicken into the electric pressure cooker
6.
Choose the "Chicken and Duck" program, and then wait for the chicken to come out of the pot
Tips:
This dish does not need to put too many common condiments such as pepper and aniseed, because the aroma of these condiments is too strong and will mask the tea aroma, and the tea itself is also deodorant, so I only used shredded ginger
