My family likes to eat pizza, and is limited by the size of the pizza tray, so I can only make pizza under nine inches. I bought a microwave oven, and I took out the big flat plate at home and made a big pizza.

Tempting Pizza (microwave Version)

1. Add all the main ingredients except olive oil to the basin, and knead until smooth dough. Put olive oil into the dough and continue to knead it into a smoother dough. Proceed to fermentation.

2. Brush the flat pan with olive oil. Roll the fermented dough into a circle slightly smaller than the flat plate, and place it on the flat plate for two passes.

3. The microwave oven function selects the bread/steamed bread mode, the weight is 200 grams, and the pizza base is baked for about 6 minutes.

4. Place celery leaves and tomato diced on the baked pizza base, then sprinkle with 1/2 sliced cheese and ham slices. The microwave oven function selects the steamed fish mode, the weight is 300 grams, and the grilling limit is 5 minutes.

5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese slices. The microwave oven function selects the bread/steamed bread mode, weighs 300 grams, and continues to bake for 5 minutes.

6. The pizza is ready!

Tips:

1. The dough must be fermented in place. In winter, the temperature is low, you can use the fermentation tank, there is no fermentation tank, you can also use the heat preservation function of the rice cooker, but pay attention to the time not too long, often look at the dough.
2. It is recommended that you add and subtract as you like, or you can change to other types.
