Tender and Smooth Steamed Chicken Wings

Prepare the ingredients.

After washing the chicken wings, cut them into small pieces.

Season and marinate with ginger, garlic, water starch, peanut oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and white sugar for 3 hours.

Soak cloud ears in water for 15 minutes.
