Tenderloin Stir-fried Garlic Sprouts

The tenderloin is first sliced across the grain, and then cut into shreds with a knife.

Put the cut tenderloin into a bowl, pour the cooking wine, stir the dark soy sauce and starch, and marinate for a while;

Take off the head of the garlic sprout and wash the whole root. Use a knife to cut off the tail first, and then change the knife to cut into 3 cm long sections.

Heat the pot and pour the oil into it. When the oil is 70% hot, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until the color changes, then remove and set aside;

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the dried red pepper, add the garlic stalks and stir fry for 3 minutes, pour in water and continue to fry for 1 minute

Pour the shredded pork back into the pot and stir fry for about 30 seconds

Mix in the sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry with a spatula until it is evenly distributed, then sprinkle in MSG.
