Teppanyaki Chicken Wings

After the chicken wings are washed, cut twice in the middle, and then marinate them with appropriate amount of salt, cornstarch, sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, barbecue sauce, and raw oil for 2 hours.

Put a small amount of oil on the iron plate, heat up, add chicken wings and rock sugar, and fry until the chicken wings are cooked.
