Teriyaki Chicken Chop Rice

Beat the chicken loosely with a meat hammer.

Add half of the various seasonings and marinate.
3.
Wash all kinds of vegetables and cut into pieces.
4.
Add black pepper, a pinch of salt, and olive oil and mix well.
5.
Put the marinated chicken nuggets on top and sprinkle some black pepper.
6.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes and bake for about 20 minutes.
7.
Spread out the cooked brown rice and spread it on the bottom of the bowl.
8.
Boil the remaining seasonings and add some water.
9.
Top it with grilled and sliced chicken and vegetables, and drizzle with seasoning sauce.
