Teriyaki Chicken Drumstick Bento

Wash the prepared rice and quinoa with water.

Put the inner pot and the retort into the Zhenmi desugared rice cooker, and then add an appropriate amount of purified water to the inner pot. The water level does not exceed 1cm on the rice surface.

After turning on the power, press the start button and select the steaming function. It takes 22 minutes.

Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces, put them in a bowl, add mirin, salt, teriyaki sauce, and ginger slices, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Boil water in a pot, add the washed and broken broccoli, fruit carrots, salt and a few drops of oil to cook and remove for use.
