Cod is low-fat, high-protein, and has few spines. It is a nutritious food for all ages. Cod has the advantages of high nutrition, low cholesterol, and easy absorption by the human body. The cod sold in the market is frozen. I will buy multiple pieces at a time and freeze them in the refrigerator, changing to making various flavors of cod for my kids.

Teriyaki Cod

1. Prepare the ingredients, put the cod on the grill to thaw

2. Wash the red and green peppers and cut into pieces

3. Spread the cod evenly on both sides with salt and cornstarch

4. Place the cod with salt and starch for 15 minutes

5. Prepare teriyaki sauce: mix light soy sauce, cooking wine and honey to make teriyaki sauce, add minced garlic

6. Put vegetable oil in a pan and fry the cod on both sides until golden

7. Add the minced garlic, sauté the minced garlic

8. Add teriyaki sauce

9. Add green and red pepper cubes and fry for a while

10. When the green and red peppers are cooked, the cod has absorbed the teriyaki sauce and served on a plate

Tips:

1. When the cod is thawed, it should be placed in a grill or a container that can be dewatered to avoid soaking the cod in the thawing water, which will affect the taste;
2. The cod has few bones and is suitable for the elderly and children.
