Thai Curry Chicken Rice

Wash the materials and cut into large pieces.

Heat the coconut oil to melt, add onions and stir fry.
3.
Add chicken and stir fry to change color.
4.
Add the potatoes and carrots and stir fry.
5.
Add milk and simmer for 30 minutes.
6.
Add the curry cubes and cook for another 10 minutes to taste.
7.
Add seasoning to taste.
8.
Squeeze a piece of lemon while it's hot, it's sour and greasy!
