Thai Hot and Sour Chicken Feet

Boil chicken feet, ginger slices, pepper, cooking wine, cold water for 10 minutes.

After removing it, quickly put it in ice water and let it cool for 10 minutes, remove the shower water and let it dry.

Light soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, salt, Thai sweet chili sauce, lemon juice, coriander, minced garlic, millet pepper and mix well.

Pour in chicken feet, mix well, and refrigerate in an airtight box for 10 hours.
