Thai Sea Bass Fillet

Slice the sea bass, minced green onion and ginger, add pepper, cooking wine, salt and mix for 20 minutes.

Pat on dry starch.

Prepare the onion ginger garlic froth.

Pour oil into the pot and heat to 80% heat.

Fry the fish fillets in the pan until they are ripe and remove them.
6.
Leave the oil in the pot and add the onion, ginger, garlic and pepper.
7.
Add a tablespoon of Thai sauce.
8.
Add a bowl of water to a boil, add fish fillets, hook in a little starch and mix well.
9.
Finished product.
