The Delicious Food that Can’t Stop: Sauteed Chicken with Rice Bowl

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces along the lines of the meat.

Add cooking wine, salt, and white pepper to stir the chicken. Finally, add cornstarch and marinate for 20 minutes.

Wash and dice cucumber, slice garlic, chop green onion into small minced pieces, prepare sweet noodle sauce

After the oil has heated to 80%, put in the marinated chicken, and then remove the chicken for use.

Pour a little oil in the pan, add garlic and salt and saute until fragrant.

Then pour in the sweet noodle sauce and continue to stir fry to get the fragrance.

Pour in diced cucumber, soy sauce and stir fry

Tips:
In this step, I chose to use a small milk pan to deep-fry the diced chicken, which is more fuel-efficient.
The oil in the ingredients is the oil used for fried chicken, not the amount used for the oiling step.
Because each person has different oil containers, the amount of oil used in step 4 is not marked. Please adjust by yourself.
