The Deliciousness of Rice ----- Steamed Pork Ribs with Capers

The capers made by myself look pretty good, right?

Cut the capers into small pieces.

Wash the ribs and drain the water, add the marinade, mix well and marinate for about 1 hour.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add some chopped green onions and ginger after the oil is hot, then pour in capers and stir fry.

Place half of the fried capers on the bottom of the bowl.

Put on the marinated ribs.

Pour in the remaining capers.

Put it in a pot and steam, and steam for about 40 minutes after the water is boiled.
Tips:
Ingredients: ribs homemade capers
Marinade: ginger, green onion, sesame oil, pepper powder, five-spice powder, salt light soy sauce
1. You can add some oyster sauce when marinating ribs. I usually use some for steaming ribs, but today I don’t have it at home, so I gave up.
2. If you like darker ribs, you can also add some dark soy sauces.
