㊙️the Fairy Way of Eating Rice|japanese Cheese Rice Ball

Dice sausage, chop lettuce, and slice cheese into 4 portions. Prepare sticky rice.

Prepare the teriyaki sauce: 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce➕ 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce➕1 tablespoon of honey➕1 tablespoon of oil, stir well

In the rice➕1 tablespoon white pepper➕1 tablespoon chili powder➕1 tablespoon sesame oil➕2 tablespoons white sesame seeds, mix well

Pour the diced sausage and chopped lettuce into the rice, mix well

Add a layer of rice to the triangle mold, sprinkle pork floss in the middle, spread mozzarella, and put cheese slices on it

Add another layer of rice, close the lid and press firmly (if there is no mold, use plastic wrap to shape manually)

Tips:
Don’t put too much sausage and lettuce, the rice should not be too hard, otherwise it will not stick easily and it will become fried rice ❗️
The rice ball needs to be pressed tightly with milk, this is one of the keys to maintain a good shape ❗️
Be careful when you turn the rice ball over and out of the pot, and don’t fall short.
