The Original Simple Version of Salted Eggs
1.
Wash the fresh duck eggs and set aside.
2.
Prepare white wine and salt.
3.
Put the washed duck eggs in a basin, add salt, and sprinkle it with white water, and just add water to exceed the duck eggs.
4.
Pack it in a bag and store it for 25 days before opening.
5.

Tips:
The longer the salted egg is marinated, the more salty it is, and the more oil in the yellow. The water for soaking the salted egg is better than that of the duck egg. If it is less than the duck egg, you need to store it 10 times and flip it up and down.
