Remove the heads of crab-flavored mushrooms

Remove the old part of the asparagus, take the lotus mushroom out of the box

Boil the asparagus and crab-flavored mushrooms separately and drain the water

Boil the Cordyceps flower in water, drain off the water, and put all the ingredients into a large bowl

Pour in walnut oil
6.
Puree rice vinegar, add salt according to your own taste, mix well and put it on the plate.
