Thousand Sheets of Tempeh

Soak the tempeh in water to soften it.

Thousand sheets of shreds, prepare ginger, garlic and shredded pork.
3.
Stir-fry cooked pork slices and serve.

Stir fragrant ginger and garlic in a pot, pour the soaked tempeh and water into the pot.
5.
Add a thousand sheets, add salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to taste.
6.
Pour in the meat slices, stir fry and cook for a while before serving.
Tips:
The tempeh should be soaked softly before serving. Don't waste the water for soaking the tempeh, it is especially fragrant when it is cooked in a pot.
