Three-color Lotus Root

Wash lotus roots, peel and dice, carrots, green peppers, and meat.

Put lotus roots in boiling water and blanch for five minutes.

Then add diced green peppers, diced carrots, and blanch.

Remove, shower and control water.

Heat oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and appropriate amount of cumin powder.
