Three-color Radish Flower

Take a small piece of white radish, fruit radish, and Xinlimei radish.

Cut the three kinds of radishes into semi-circular slices, add an appropriate amount of salt and pickle until the radish slices become soft.

Take a small saucepan, add an appropriate amount of red yeast rice powder, stir evenly with water, boil for 5 minutes and let cool. Put the marinated white radish slices in and soak until they are colored.

Rinse the marinated radish slices with water twice, add appropriate amount of chicken essence, pepper oil, rice vinegar, and stir evenly. Turn the flowers in circles one by one, and put them in as many layers as possible, so that the three-dimensional effect is strong.

After placing the three radish flowers, arrange the cut diamond-shaped hawthorn cakes at the intervals to embellish them.
