Three-color Shrimp

Wash the shrimps, remove the shrimp thread, add salt, white pepper, light soy sauce, cooking wine, green onions, and ginger to marinate.

Wash peas, corn and carrots.

Put water in a pot to boil and add three-color granules to blanch water.

Put the oil in a separate pot and heat it up. Add the marinated shrimps and stir-fry them to change color.

Add the blanched three-color granules, stir-fry them, add the shrimps, add salt and thirteen spices to taste, and stir-fry the chicken essence before serving.
