I used to go downstairs to eat, but then I didn’t do it, so I had to do it myself. The taste was even better than the shop downstairs. It was satisfying. The chicken was delicious and smooth, the edamame was crisp and delicious, with a touch of lemonade. Not greasy to eat

Ingredients

Three Cups Chicken

1. Wash chicken and dice, add cooking wine, starch, salt and marinate for 5 minutes

2. Wash the edamame and set aside, add oil to the pot, add the edamame, salt, dry fry for a few seconds, add a small amount of water, wait until the water is boiled, quickly add the chicken and stir fry, turn off the heat immediately, top the rice

Tips:

The chicken should not be fried in the pan for too long, the chicken will become tight and the taste will be much worse. The reason why the edamame is added to the water is because the hot oil will quickly absorb the moisture of the edamame, which will cause the lack of taste
