Sanbei Chicken is a famous dish in Jiangxi. It has been mistaken for Taiwanese cuisine because of its improved flavor in Taiwan. This method is based on the traditional method. Although the flavor of Taiwanese method is different, as the original Jiangxi cuisine, this method has the most traditional meaning. This recipe uses cooking wine to remove fishy smell and soy sauce to enhance fragrance, making this dish a more homely method without losing flavor. It is a typical dish that "takes the original flavor".

Ingredients

1. Three cups of chicken seasoning: 20ml cooking wine, 20ml soy sauce, 20ml oil
