Three Ding Fried Rice

Main and auxiliary ingredients: rice, bitter gourd, carrot, mustard tuber

Wash the bitter gourd, carrots, and mustard tuber and cut into small cubes.

Heat oil, add the diced carrots and stir fry.

Then add bitter gourd and stir fry.

After frying the two, add mustard and stir-fry.

Then, put in the rice.

Stir it up with a small fire.

Add a little salt to enhance the flavor.

Turn off the heat after stirring evenly.

Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl, ready to serve.
Tips:
1. Because carrots contain fat-soluble vitamins, they must be sautéed with oil first.
2. Because pickled mustard has saltiness, be careful to put less salt.
