Three Fresh Pocket Tofu

Cut the tofu into pieces.

Prepare the pork filling, shrimp and shiitake mushrooms.

Add olive oil, light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence, scallion and ginger to the pork filling and stir.

Shrimps, shiitake mushrooms, cut into cubes, add to the stirred meat filling, stir evenly, the three fresh fillings are ready.

The tofu is fried in the pot. Deep-fried, shaped and fished out.

Make a cut at one end of the tofu.

Tips:
1. It doesn't take a long time to fry tofu for the first time, just set the shape of the tofu.
