Three shreds of green pepper is the most common home-cooked dish here. It is cooked with green peppers, dried tofu and shredded pork. The green peppers I use are not spicy, so I added spicy powder to enhance the flavor. It has a spicy and delicious taste. Eat a few more bites of rice and serve some food

Three Green Peppers

1. Wash the pork leg and cut it into filaments. Grab it with salt, cooking wine and cornstarch, then marinate for half an hour

2. Wash the green peppers and cut into shreds with dried tofu

3. Prepare spicy noodles and garlic cloves

4. Pour oil in the pot, add the shredded pork in warm oil and stir-fry until all the color changes and pick up

5. Then pour the dried tofu until slightly yellow and pick it up

6. Add garlic cloves and sauté

7. Add the green pepper and stir fry until the color changes

8. Then pour shredded pork and dried shreds into stir-fry evenly

9. Add salt and stir fry evenly

10. Add spicy powder

11. Add chicken essence and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and bring out the pan

Tips:

1. The shredded pork has been marinated with salt, and the amount of salt should be adjusted during the cooking process to avoid excessive saltiness
2. Each company has different tastes, please adjust according to your own taste
