Three Musketeers at The Table: Fresh and Refreshing Chilli Pepper Cucumber Jellyfish
1.
1 fresh cucumber. Spread a spoonful of salt on the washed cucumber skin with salt and spread it evenly. Leave it for ten minutes to sterilize. Cucumbers are crisper without peeling.
2.
Prepare red chili [choose thick, slightly spicy chili; thin-skinned chili is generally more spicy and suitable for side dishes]. Wash the red pepper without removing the pepper seeds. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of salt and soak for 20 minutes.
3.
Prepare the jellyfish in a bag that is ready to eat; open the jellyfish package and pour the jellyfish soaking water. First change the too long jellyfish to the knife. Rinse the jellyfish that has been changed with a cool white opener and set aside. I didn’t use the jellyfish in the bag, so I made the jellyfish more refreshing.
4.
Wash and peel 1 garlic, peel and wash ginger for later use.
5.
Rinse the salt-soaked cucumbers with a cool boil. Wash the remaining pesticides before you eat it~ Wash the cutting board with boiling water, and peel off the sterilized cucumber. Cut the cucumber into long strips and set aside.
6.
The chopped garlic and ginger are sprinkled on the cucumbers and peppers. Put in a spoonful of salt first. After adding salt, the cucumber is refreshing and crisp. The thick red pepper with salt can stimulate a slight sweetness, slightly sweet, slightly spicy, and slightly salty. Drain the excess water from the pickling.
7.
Pour 1 scoop first and it's very fresh. Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce. Add a little bit of fresh flavor.
8.
Pour a spoonful of homemade oil splash into the bowl.
9.
Put a spoonful of sesame oil into the seasoning. Finally, add a spoonful of white cotton sugar and mix well.
Tips:
1. Clean the surface of cucumber several times; use salt to spread a spoonful of salt on the cleaned cucumber skin and spread it evenly. Wash the remaining pesticides before eating.
2. The thick red pepper can be slightly sweetened with salt, which is slightly sweet, slightly spicy, and slightly salty.
3. Wash the cutting board with boiling water.
