Three Sauce Stew Pot

Carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes, green peppers, celery, onions, garlic, cut into pieces, pour olive oil, pepper, and appropriate garlic sauce to marinate.

Cut the chicken wings three times on the front and the back, cut the beef into one-centimeter cubes, slice the pangasius obliquely, remove the head and tail of the shrimp, and the shrimp string. Marinate with cooking wine, olive oil, light soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic sauce (if you want spicy, you can add some chili oil)

Oyster sauce, sweet noodle sauce, tomato sauce, rock sugar, mix together, stir into a paste and set aside.

Turn on a low heat, pour a proper amount of olive oil into the pot, add green onion and garlic when the oil is hot, and fry until fragrant. Pour the marinated side dishes into the pot and stir fry, fry for about a minute, pour in water, and it’s only half of the dishes. Put in at the same time. Red dates wolfberry. Place the chicken wings, shrimp, beef, and pangasius on top of the side dishes. Change to medium heat and cover the pot for about 10 minutes. Then pour in the sauce, let it sit for 5 minutes, sprinkle with coriander and enjoy.
Tips:
Oyster sauce, sweet noodle sauce, and tomato sauce are blended in a ratio of 2:2:1 to form three sauces.
