1. Put flour in the noodle machine and add water
2. Activate the cheek noodles function and wait for it to come out after making the noodles
3. Put water in the pot to boil, add the noodles
4. After the noodles are boiled, remove the noodles and stir the sliced cucumber, carrot and ham with cold water
5. Add hoisin sauce
6. When eating, stir in sesame oil, light soy sauce, and peanuts.
Tips:After the cold noodles are cooked, be sure to use cold water for a while.
