Three Silk Fried Noodles

1. Pork, carrots, and cabbage are processed separately and shredded.

2. Put the pork shreds in the soy sauce, sugar, and salt, stir well, and marinate for a while.

3. Put the raw noodles (bought by the dumpling skin noodle shop) into boiling water and boil for two minutes.

4. Pick up, rinse with cold water, and drain for later use.

5. Add a little more oil to the wok, otherwise the noodles will dry out easily.

6. Add shredded pork and stir fry quickly.

7. Add shredded carrot and cabbage, stir fry for three or four seconds.

8. Add the noodles, stir quickly with chopsticks, and stir fry.

9. Add soy sauce and stir well.

Tips:

1. When adding shredded radish and shredded cabbage, don't fry them too well because they don't taste well.
2. Turn the noodles with chopsticks, it is easier to stir evenly.
3. Friends who like the taste of black pepper can also sprinkle a little black pepper, which is also great!
