Three Silk Mixed Jellyfish Skin

The black fungus is soaked and blanched in a boiling pot.

Remove and drain the water.

Cut the fungus and carrot into shreds and put them in a container.

Put in the jellyfish skin.

Add the cucumber shreds.

Add soy sauce.

Add sweet vinegar.

With salt.

Add sugar and stir.

Add sesame oil and stir.
