Three Silk Salad

Soak the kelp in advance, wash and drain.

Peel and wash lettuce and carrots.
3.
Shred the kelp, lettuce, and carrots; also shred the ginger, garlic, and beauty pepper.

Mix carrot shreds and lettuce shreds, add appropriate amount of salt, and marinate for a while.

Bring water to a boil in a boiling pot, add shredded seaweed to blanch water.

Prepare seasonings: shredded ginger, garlic slices, beauty pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper oil, sesame oil, salt, chicken essence.
7.
Squeeze the shredded carrot and lettuce out of the brine, mix with the shredded seaweed, and add the seasoning of step 6.

Stir it well and it's ready to eat.
