I like the crunchy texture of jellyfish skin. Sting skin is served with good black fungus, carrots and cucumbers. It is very delicious and has many effects. A delicacy for healthy health.

Three Silk Salad Jellyfish Skin

1. The black fungus is soaked and blanched in the boiling pot

2. Remove and drain the water

3. Cut the fungus and carrot into shreds and place in the container

4. Put the jellyfish skin

5. Put in the cucumber shreds

6. Add soy sauce

7. Sweetened vinegar

8. With salt

9. Add sugar and stir

10. Stir in sesame oil

11. Add minced garlic, stir well and serve

Tips:

1. Condiments are added according to personal taste.
2. Carrots can be cooked after blanching.
