Three Silk Spring Rolls

Prepare the ingredients, wash the leeks and bean sprouts, soak the vermicelli in hot water

Stir-fried spring rolls with stuffing. Put the oil in the wok, stir-fry with meat filling after the oil is hot, then add the chives and stir-fry for a fragrance, then add the vermicelli and bean sprouts in turn and continue to stir-fry

Stir-fry until the bean sprouts become soft, add some light soy sauce, salt, and finally add water starch to thicken, turn off the heat, and let the spring roll fillings cool.

Flatten the spring roll wrappers and put in the right amount of stuffing.

Fry in hot oil pan until golden color, remove and drain the oil and serve
Tips:
1. Spring roll wrappers are generally available in places where staple food is sold;
2. Although the spring rolls are crispy and delicious, they are fried food after all. When they are eaten, they can be served with a bowl of pumpkin and mung bean soup to relieve greasiness.
