Three Silk Zizania

Peel the zizania officinale and shred it.

Shred pork, add light soy sauce and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut green and red peppers into filaments, and ginger into filaments.

Heat the oil in the wok, add ginger and pork and stir fry until the pork turns white.
