Three Vegetarian Salad
1.
Cut the cucumber into sections, hollow out the middle, cut the carrots into filaments, and wash the enoki mushrooms.

Cook the enoki mushrooms with water, and blanch the carrot shreds with water.
3.
Roll the enoki mushroom and carrot shreds into a small ball,

Stuffed into cucumber,
5.
Mix all the ingredients into a juice and pour it on top, (the juice can also be your favorite taste, it will do)
