Thyme Roasted Chicken Wings
1.
Clean the garlic, onion and thyme, mince, add salt, black pepper, and salad oil, mix well as a marinade.
2.
Rinse the chicken wings several times, wipe off the water, squeeze in the lemon juice of half a lemon and marinate for 15 minutes.
3.
Use kitchen paper towels to soak up the lemon juice on the surface of the marinated chicken wings, put them in a fresh-keeping bag, mix well with the marinade prepared in step 1, and put them in the refrigerator to marinate for at least half an hour.
4.
Remove most of the marinade on the surface of the chicken wings and place it in a baking tray, put it in the upper middle of the oven, and bake at 210 degrees for 20 minutes (about 10 minutes to take out the honey sauce).
5.
Add 1 tablespoon of honey, warm water and a little light soy sauce, and mix thoroughly for honey juice.
6.
After the chicken wings are roasted for 10 minutes, take them out, brush the surface of the chicken wings with honey sauce (you can add it once if you want the skin to be colored), and continue to bake them in the oven for 10 minutes until the surface of the chicken wings is golden.
