Tiger Green Pepper

For the raw materials, wash the green peppers and peel the garlic for later use.

Remove the green pepper seeds and mince the garlic.

Mix light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt with water to make a sauce.

Raise the pan.

Stir-fry the green peppers with a spatula and press in circular motions.

Stir-fry until tiger skin patterns appear on both sides and serve.

Add oil again, sauté the minced garlic on low heat, and reduce the good sauce.

Bring water to a boil.
9.
Stir down the green peppers.
10.
After stir-frying, the heat can be slightly reduced.
Tips:
When stir-frying, press and circle with a spatula to heat the green peppers more evenly.
