Tiger Skin and Chicken Claws

Because you bought frozen chicken feet, you need to thaw them first.

After thawing, cut off the nails of the chicken feet. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add an appropriate amount of ginger, and drop 2 drops of cooking wine to remove the fishy. Put the chicken feet in the simmering water.

After the chicken feet are boiled in water, drain the water and fry them in the pan until golden brown (the pan must be covered during frying)

The fried chicken feet are soaked in cold water (usually 2-3 hours). I only soaked it for half an hour due to the rush of time.

Prepare 50 grams of garlic and 3 Chaotian peppers, chopped into fine granules.

Put an appropriate amount of soy sauce, 3 crystal sugar, 3 grams of table salt, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, and an appropriate amount of boiled water in the pot. Put the soaked chicken feet into a pot and cook. When the sauce in the pot is almost dry, add the chili-garlic sauce prepared earlier. Stir fry until the aroma of chili comes out, then add some oyster sauce and fry until the sauce is almost dry.
Tips:
The chicken feet must be fried until golden brown and the soaked tiger skin is more beautiful. The sauce at the end can be prepared according to personal taste.
