Tiger Skin Egg

1. The eggs are cooked.

9. Add an appropriate amount of water, and be sure to add less water.

10. At this time add the sweet chili sauce.

11. Season with sugar + salt + oyster sauce + chicken essence + five-spice powder in turn.

12. Add the chopped coriander and turn on high heat to collect the juice.
