Prepare materials.
2.
Clean the hot pepper and cut it from the middle to remove the stem and seeds.
3.
Put a small amount of oil in a saucepan, heat it to 40% hot over medium heat, and place the hot peppers in the saucepan.
4.
Press lightly with a spatula, turn over frequently to fry the peppers on each side until the skin is wrinkled, and serve.
5.
Slice the garlic and set aside.
6.
Add bottom oil to the pot and sauté the fragrant garlic slices on low heat.
7.
Put the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, white sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well.
8.
Pour the well-mixed seasoning juice into the pot, stir fry and heat until boiling.
9.
Add the fried chili, stir fry until the soup thickens and put it on the plate.
Tips:
1. It is best to prepare a bowl of juice in advance and do not add the seasoning one by one.
2. Choose fresh and tender peppers, and use low heat when stir-frying.
