Tiger Skin Pepper

Choose the right amount of pepper according to your own situation. Pick the straighter one. I forgot to take the picture. Use a medium-to-small heat to dry and bake the pepper until it has a paste and soft.

Mix a bowl of sauce: light soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, chicken powder, mix together and set aside

Pour a little oil in the pot and add chopped green onion

Add the roasted chili and stir fry

Tips:
1. Baked chili peppers should not be too big, easy to paste, medium and small heat slowly
2. Add the sauce and stir fry for a while, so that the sauce can soak the chilies and it will taste better
